6 Week 1-1 Renew

The 6 week personalised 1-1 coaching programme.

Starts with an in-depth analysis of current lifestyle, nutrition and exercise via questionnaire followed by a phone/zoom consultation where I will work with you to create a personalised plan tailored to your lifestyle.

 

There will then be 6 weeks of weekly check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot areas that you find challenging, tweak the plan as required and set achievable goals and actions for the following week. 

 

Weekly check-ins will be for 30 minutes on Zoom at a mutually convenient time.
