A bit about me...
My interest in nutrition and health started as a personal journey in my 20s when seeking solutions for some of my own health issues.

Despite being an avid gym goer and exercise fan, a lack of knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle meant my own diet and lifestyle were out of whack.

I also have a corporate career, which involved extensive travel alongside a hectic work and personal social life resulting in insufficient sleep, a diet high in sugar and beige food with a good measure of alcohol thrown in!

It was through learning about nutrition and lifestyle that I changed how I ate and adapted my lifestyle.

I was surprised by how quickly these changes improved my health as well as my energy levels. I was also surprised how much of these could be easily adapted without disrupting my lifestyle too much (and I could still enjoy socialising!).

This then led me on to further studies and I have now been a Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Nutritional Therapist & Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner for 15 years as well as having a 25-year career in Corporate Marketing. I have also since qualified as a Menopause Specialist to support more women (as well as myself).

I’m also a 50-year-old mum to teenage boys so I understand the challenges of trying to juggle family life, corporate work, travel and maintain a healthy lifestyle alongside an aging self.

I am not a great cook so I really do know how hard it can be to get a quick healthy meal on the table that everyone likes (is that even possible?!) while trying to juggle work, home and getting kids out for activities.
I have helped myself and hundreds of people improve their health and wellbeing, lose weight, ease menopause symptoms and improve nutritional and lifestyle habits to optimise energy and performance for both life and work.
My Approach
Food is one of life’s great pleasures yet with so much confusion and noise around what we should and shouldn’t eat, it can be hard to know what healthy choices to make and still achieve our health goals.
Add in a busy lifestyle and it can often make implementing nutrition changes feel overwhelming. This is where I can help.
The solutions I provide are based on a scientific, evidence-based holistic approach. Everything I do has a strong focus on education - it is a lot easier to implement changes if we understand the “why”.
I support and work with you every step of the way to develop and implement personalised nutrition and lifestyle solutions that can be maintained while living a life in balance.
Whether your are looking to improve overall health and wellness, or something more specific like menopause symptoms, healthy aging or weight loss, I can develop a plan to support you.
I also support with workplace programmes and seminars to help optimise energy and performance at work.
