The Reset Retreat has been created for women by women and offers exactly what we ourselves look for in a retreat - a calm, beautiful weekend away from it all to help recharge, reset and reconnect with healthy routines.

Across the weekend you will be able to enjoy nourishing food, gentle movement, wellbeing workshops and plenty of space to unwind.​

Set within the stunning Ladyburn House in Ayrshire, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to reset and invest in your long-term health in a calming, restorative and beautiful environment.

We created the Reset Retreat because we realise you don’t just need a weekend to recharge and relax, you also need practical tools that will help you nourish your body for optimum results, support sustainable exercise and manage your lifestyle in ways that restore energy and build momentum.

What to expect

This will be a restorative weekend for busy women, blending expert-led workshops, nourishing meals, mindful movement and relaxation and wellness sessions.


We’re keeping it small and intimate, just a group of women all here for the same reason — to rest, learn and reset. Absolutely no judgement, just support and kindness.​

Just 2 hours from Edinburgh, an hour from Glasgow, in the gorgeous Ayrshire countryside, Ladyburn House is a special place - a country estate designed for retreats.

It's set on five acres of beautiful gardens and ancient woodland, with plenty of space to relax, and super comfortable bedrooms - all en-suite.

It also has an indoor yoga studio, massage room, firepit, sauna, hot tub, and ice bath.


Many retreat guests go alone, but you are more than welcome to bring a friend, partner or family member.

Check in from 4pm on Friday, Check out from 11am on Sunday.

Deposit of £100 required to book and final balance due 6 weeks before.

Having experienced first-hand the impact that nutrition, movement, and positive lifestyle changes had on my own health, I’m passionate about helping others achieve the same.

As a busy midlife mum juggling corporate life, running my own business, and family commitments, I know what it feels like when life becomes overwhelming and self-care slips down the list.

Retreats have been a powerful way for me to recharge, reset my energy, and reconnect with healthy habits especially when things get too busy.

I truly believe in the power of retreats to help us recharge, renew, and reset by creating the space to refocus on what supports our health and wellbeing.

That is why I am teaming up with Claire to bring you the Reset Retreat.

The Reset Retreat is a space designed to help you experience a sense of renewal and leave with a plan of action that feels doable and aligned with your real-world routine.

On the Reset Retreat, I’ll be leading the nutrition workshops and movement sessions that leave you feeling energised and inspired.

I took part in Barbara's online group reset programme a couple of years ago and it really changed things for me - it got me back on track with my healthy eating, enjoying great food while feeling completely satisfied. I learned so much about nutrition and lost 7lbs in 6 weeks (which I have kept off ) so I'm a huge fan of Barbara's approach and we're now working together to bring this retreat to life.


Barbara’s the science one — she brings all the nutritional know-how and solid facts — and I’m the creative one! In my day job, I’m a user experience designer (I make websites easy and enjoyable to use), and I carry that ‘experience design’ through to our retreats - creating thoughtful, feel-good experiences with delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and a calm space to slow down and connect.

I’m also a trained meditation and mindset coach, and during the retreat I’ll be leading guided meditations to help you breathe, pause, and reconnect.

I am a huge foodie and I’ll be creating some delicious and nourishing meals for you throughout the weekend - food that’s good for the body and the soul.

Together, we are looking forward to creating an enjoyable, educational and inspiring weekend giving you space to rest, reconnect, and take away practical solutions to support a healthier, happier you.
