The Reset Daily Edition
6 weeks

Reset your habits. Reclaim your energy. Feel your Best. Lose weight. Get expert support every single day.

This is my most popular programme. It is a high-touch results-driven personalised coaching experience designed to help you rebuild your health, nutrition and lifestyle habits with daily accountability and support.

Includes:

  • Private 1-to-1 Consultation
    We will align on a personalised exercise and nutrition strategy tailored to your goals, lifestyle and current capacity.

     

  • Daily Check-Ins and Support
    Stay focused and accountable with direct access to me. I will be in your corner every single day to help you when it gets hard and help you stay on track.

     

  • Daily Education and Habit Coaching 
    Understand the "why" behind each change can make the implementation a lot easier. Includes practical lifestyle tips you can actually stick to.

     

  • Weekly Zoom Sessions
    We look at what is working, what is not and we troubleshoot challenges, refine your plan and stay motivated.

     

  • Optional Add-On:
    Weekly 45 minute Personal Training session (£180 for 6 sessions)

The Reset Weekly Edition

This is a lighter touch version of the 6-week daily Reset designed to help you stay focused with weekly check ins to support continued progress, motivation and lasting change.

This programme is ideal if you:

  1. Want to maintain momentum with support and accountability after reaching your goals

  2. Prefer a lighter-touch approach with space to implement independently

  3. Are building new habits and benefit from weekly structure and support

 

Includes:​

  • Private 1-to-1 Consultation
    We will align on a personalised exercise and nutrition strategy tailored to your goals, lifestyle and current capacity

     

  • Weekly Check-Ins and Support
    Each week we will review what is working, what is not and we troubleshoot challenges, refine your plan and keep you motivated.

     

  • Optional Add-On:
    Weekly 45 minute Personal Training session (£180 for 6 sessions)

  • You have completed the daily Reset programme and would like continued support to maintain your results

  • You prefer a lighter touch support programme with weekly accountability

  • You have been out of routine and would like support to get back on track

The Reset Power Hour
Consultation & Plan

Initial Consultation + one follow up session: £75
Ongoing Coaching sessions: £45
 per session

The consultation with myself involves an in-depth assessment of your current dietary intake, lifestyle, movement and health as well as an analysis your previous nutrition and lifestyle behaviours.


Achievable nutrition, exercise and lifestyle strategies will be discussed and aligned with you on this call.

A personalised plan will then be sent to you with a suggested meal plan and lifestyle/exercise interventions that you can implement in line with your current lifestyle.

A further coaching session will also be arranged to provide further support

There is then an option to add on follow up coaching sessions to help you stay focused with your new healthy habits and help you overcome the inevitable hurdles that you face.
